Cindy is an ARIAS-US certified arbitrator, mediator, expert witness and insurance/trial consultant with 35+ years of insurance and reinsurance experience. From private practitioner to senior C-suite executive, Cindy has extensive insurance coverage and claims resolution experience, overseeing complex and multi-jurisdictional litigation and disputes of all forms, including US and International arbitrations, mediations, ECO and bad faith litigation, and commercial and personal lines disputes in all P&C lines of business.

Former Chief Claims Officer for AIG North America, General Insurance and past Head of the Complex & Emerging Risks Claims Legal Department at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Cindy has exceptional leadership and management skills as well as a proven track record in business development, customer service, trial strategy, risk management and crisis communication.
