Harshitha Ram is a highly accomplished international disputes attorney, arbitrator, and mediator with expertise in a wide range of legal areas, including commercial, cultural property disputes/art conflicts, information technology, healthcare, energy, labor & employment. Her extensive legal practice encompasses early dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation, and comprehensive risk and crises management across domestic and international arenas.

In addition to her legal practice, Ram is an adjunct professor of law at Michigan State University and North Eastern Illinois University. She has gained notable recognition for her roles as an arbitrator and mediator, holding esteemed positions on panels such as the AAA-ICDR, National Mediation Board, FINRA, American Health Law Association, Asian International Arbitration Center, Bali International Arbitration & Mediation Center, International Chamber of Commerce, among others.
