SheResolves provides a database of professionals offering services in alternative dispute resolution (the “ADR Professionals”). Certain portions of the Website require membership and/or registration requirements.
Although SheResolves is committed to extending memberships only to qualified, competent professionals and exercises its due diligence in extending such memberships, SheResolves does not in any way guarantee the ADR Professionals’ experience, competency, or areas of practice. SheResolves further does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by an ADR Professional on the Website. All individuals seeking to hire these professionals should conduct their own analysis of any ADR Professional before hiring such person.
Although SheResolves strives to provide a highly skilled selection of ADR Professionals, SheResolves cannot, and does not, guarantee any specific outcome of any mediation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution proceeding where the presiding professional was selected, in whole or in part, through SheResolves.
SheResolves retains the right and discretion to extend membership to candidates it feels best support its mission. SheResolves does not guarantee membership to anyone and shall not incur any liability to any person for its decision not to extend membership or failure to respond to inquiries related to membership.
This information contained on this Website shall not constitute legal advice and no individual shall rely upon any information on the Website for that purpose. Similarly, use of this Website does not create or constitute an attorney-client relationship with SheResolves or any ADR Professional.
SheResolves does not provide ADR services directly, nor does SheResolves provide or advertise attorney services.
SheResolves is a private, limited liability company (“LLC”) operated with input from an Advisory Council. SheResolves is responsible for all decisions and actions related to its business. Individuals on the Advisory Council are not owners, members, managers, shareholders, or directors of the LLC; they are not elected board directors, and they hold no authority to act on behalf of or bind SheResolves to any decisions or agreements. As such, individuals on the Advisory Council are not subject to liability for claims against SheResolves.
a. Limitations. An ADR Professional’s access to the Website is limited to their own individual use for professional purposes. It is incumbent upon each ADR Professional to provide complete information to SheResolves and to advise us as to any changes. SheResolves is not responsible for updating your information and is not liable for any miscommunications resulting from the ADR Professional’s failure to update the information.
b. Professional Ethics. The ADR Professionals acknowledge that lawyers, mediators, and arbitrators are governed by certain rules of professional conduct. The ADR Professionals represent and warrant that they will abide by all rules of professional conduct applicable to their jurisdiction. SheResolves is not responsible for the ADR Professionals’ compliance with these rules.
c. License of Content. By providing certain content to SheResolves and/or through the Website, ADR Professionals agree to make such materials publicly available for visitors to view on the Website. ADR Professionals agree that SheResolves has no liability for materials an ADR Professional provides for publication on the Website..
All visitors to the Website, ADR Professionals or otherwise, agree to maintain respect for others in all communications related to use of the Website and SheResolves’ services. You further agree that you will not use the Website to create, send, post, or otherwise transmit content which: (i) infringes on any party’s privacy rights; (ii) is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, sexually graphic, or hateful; or (iii) contains unsolicited marking materials or software viruses. You shall not use the Website for any improper or illegal purpose.
By using the Website, you have agreed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. SheResolves may immediately terminate your access to the Website or your membership, in its sole discretion and without further notice, for any reason and at any time, including for conduct that SheResolves believes to be illegal, harmful to others, or a violation of these Terms of Use.
SheResolves does not guarantee the content on this Website is accurate, applicable in your jurisdiction, up-to-date, or reliable. SheResolves further does not warrant that this Website will be free of harmful components, such as viruses. Use the content and the Website at your own discretion.

SHERESOLVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE. TO THE EXTENT A WAIVER OF LIABILITY IS PERMITTED IN SOME JURISDICTIONS, SHERESOLVES’ LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100.
BY USING THE WEBSITE AND SHERESOLVES SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SHERESOLVES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, ADVISORY COUNCIL, AND ADR PROFESSIONALS FROM ANY CLAIM, DEMAND, ACTION, LOSS, OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES, COSTS, AND EXPERT WITNESS FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO (i) YOUR USE, MISUSE, OR ALLEGED MISUSE OF THE WEBSITE, (ii) YOUR VIOLATION OR ALLEGED VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE, (iii) YOUR DISCLOSURE OR ALLEGED DISCLOSURE OF ANOTHER PERSON’S CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, (iv) YOUR INFRINGEMENT OR ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, OR (v) ANY CONTENT YOU POST TO THE WEBSITE.
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to any choice of law principles. Disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts of Florida.
If a controversy or claim arises out of or related to these Terms of Use or an ADR Professional’s membership, the parties agree to try to resolve the dispute using a mediator agreed by each party, to be conducted in-person or by videoconference, with each party agreeing to pay its equal share of mediator expense.
The failure of any party to this agreement to enforce any rights or obligations hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of any other Terms of Use hereunder.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
The Website contains information and content protected by trademarks or copyrights or is otherwise the intellectual property of SheResolves. SheResolves is the sole owner of all content of the Website and use of the Website or any internal links, such as the management of your profile, does not grant you a license to use the intellectual property. Any commercial exploitation of the Website is expressly prohibited.
